DILO'AIR respects your privacy. This page explains what data we receive, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are, in line with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 and, for people located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect
Only the information you enter in the order or quote form, or send us by email: name, email address, phone (optional), town, quantity, colour, delivery option and message. We collect nothing without your knowledge.
Purposes
- To answer your quote or order request;
- To prepare the quote, process the order, arrange delivery and provide after-sales support;
- To meet our legal obligations, including accounting and tax requirements.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and performance of the sales contract. We do not use your data for marketing without your agreement and we never sell it.
Recipients
Your data is intended for DILO'AIR only. It is hosted by our technical providers: Hostinger International Ltd (website and email hosting) and Google (Gmail, used to manage our correspondence). It may be shared with the carrier or pick-up point handling your delivery, to the extent necessary.
Transfers outside Mauritius
Our technical providers may process data outside Mauritius, in particular in the European Union. These transfers are covered by the contractual safeguards offered by those providers.
Retention
- Quote requests that do not lead to a sale: 3 years from the last contact;
- Customers: for the duration of the business relationship, then for the period required by law for accounting and tax records.
The form stores nothing on the server: your request is sent to us by email.
Your rights
You can at any time ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw your consent. Email contact@diloair.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office (Mauritius) or, if you live in the European Union, with your national data protection authority.
Cookies and trackers
This website uses no cookies, no audience measurement, no social media buttons and no advertising. Fonts and video are hosted on our own server: your browser contacts no third-party service when you visit. That is why no consent banner is shown.
Like any web server, our host keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page viewed) to keep the service secure.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS and the form is protected against automated submissions.
